Langkah-langkah memasak Rendang Daging Simple
- Kalau saya daging yang masih agak keras dr freezer itu dipotong tipis2.. Karna lebih enak motong nya menurut versi saya....
- Setelah dipotong2 daging nya dicuci bersih kemudian saya pukul2 pake ulek an biar cepet empuk... kemudian sisihkan dulu.

- Koreksi rasa... matikan api... diam kan selama 30 menit dalam keadaan tertutup... setelah 30 menit nyalakan kembali kompornya... masak lagi hanya 7 menit saja (saya lakukan supaya daging bener2 empuk dan prullll kl dimakan 😂).
